I hate all forms of ranch--the dressing, the house, and the dude.

Aww everyone is so sweet. Lily is fine now, her rash and fever are gone, all that remains is a bad cold. But thanks again for all the sweet comments. It's nice to know she is so loved.

Well, yes all our plans were canceled this weekend. No birthday party at Katie's, no date night, nada. We attempted to take Lily to the fair yesterday, and although she ate funnel cake, cotton candy, and cheese fries, she was not pleased. Or maybe she had heartburn. Either way, I was ready to get out of there.

Saturday, we had Shane's parents over for dinner. I spent a good period of time cooking dinner, and they stayed less than an hour. They made up some excuse, but it really irked me. Especially when Shane's dad gets pissy if I want to leave after spending 5 hours over there while Shane plays horseshoes with the locals. As an aside, Lily now says "Chase." Shows how much time WE spend over at THEIR house.

This week is busy of course. School and I have to work today and tomorrow and Saturday. Ahh!! I just really need a date night with Shane... Hopefully soon, hopefully soon. Elizabeth, my sister, is usually willing.

Shane wants us to move into a house, but I don't know. I love living in an apartment!
